Cool place for history lovers
So, I got welcomed by Naomi at the front desk, who drove me to the bus stop, super kind of her. The room was comfortable, and I could chill in a nice bathtub after a long day. My experience in the dining room was special too, with some seriously good wine that I couldn't resist.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, I would say it was fine.

The dining room is breathtaking, and I was
amazed by the beautiful architecture. The food exceeded my expectations, especially the Whiskey Torte, which was divine. However, the staff at the cafe could improve their service as it felt disorganized during peak hours.

great views , but average room size
The views from the castle grounds are spectacular and perfect for photography. The staff was attentive and responsive to our needs before and after our stay.
The room size was average, which may not meet the expectations of guests looking for spacious accommodations.

Had a great time with my friends! We hiked the Molinos de la Sal route, enjoying the scenic views along the river. The location is perfect for exploring. Just a heads up, staff could improve their communication about breakfast options.
Breakfast options were lacking, and we weren't informed about ordering extras like scrambled eggs.

The room we had was a standard double, and it was spacious with a comfy mattress. The decor reflects the castle's medieval vibe, which is cool. Air conditioning worked well without being noisy, and the bathroom was nice. The window had a decent view of the plains below, but nothing spectacular. A bit hard for some, but I slept well! Overall, it felt pretty unique staying in a castle, which added a special touch to our experience.

Staying in the Parador de Cardona felt like stepping into a fairytale. The views over the village and salt mountain were absolutely stunning. My room had a charming four-poster bed and a spacious bathroom that added to the luxurious feel. The atmosphere of the historic castle complemented my romantic getaway perfectly. Enjoyed dining at the restaurant. the meals were impressive, although somewhat pricey. Breakfast did not quite match the rest of the experience. Options were good, but a variety in hot choices would make it better. Wish there was better communication about the breakfast menu as I missed ordering scrambled eggs. A little disappointed by the condition of the carpets in the corridors. they looked a bit worn and didn't align with the castle’s charm. Overall, it’s a unique escape worth every penny, just needs a bit of polish in service details.
